  • Shipping

    Domestic US Shipping is an estimated 3-5 business days.

    International shipping is an estimated 6-10 business days.

    Processing time is 1-7 days depending on the product (handmade punch needle products and frames have a processing time of 5-7 days)

  • Returns/Cancellations

    If you would like to cancel an order PRIOR to it being shipped please email me at ourcheerycorner@gmail.com

    I do not accept returns on customized products

    Please email me if you have any issues with your order or would like to return. Please understand that it is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to pay shipping on returns. I will only process returns within the contiguous US.

  • Customization

    If a product has the option of customization it will be marked as so

    I offer customization on some car coasters, regular coasters, and stickers

    I do not currently offer custom keychains but am always adding new colors and breeds!

Undelivered Package Policy

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim with USPS and follow their guidelines for resolution. Occasionally, USPS packages are scanned as delivered prematurely and are delivered a few days later. Our Cheery Corner is not responsible for lost items once they are shipped.


Incorrect Address:

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us please send us an email (ourcheerycorner@gmail.com). I will email you if your email is on file. You will have two options:


1. Repay Shipping: Pay to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.


2. Return: I will refund you for your purchase minus the original shipping cost. You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise and any taxes paid on it.
